The Cortland Area Chamber of Commerce held their annual Awards Dinner yesterday evening at Tinelli’s Hathaway House in Solon. Last night’s event provided an opportunity for Chamber President Bob Haight and an opportunity to speak about each winner, and supporters of the Chamber of Commerce.
This year’s awards included the following categories, Business of the Year, Large Business of the Year, 2025 Heritage Award, Non-Profit of the Year, Young Professional of the Year, and the Kathy Cotterill Community Service Award.

- Business of the Year – Cortland Chiropractic, led by Dr. Kris Bradt
- Large Business of the Year – Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Heritage Realty and CNY Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, led by Dana Decker
- 2025 Heritage Award Presentation – Northern Block of Cortland
- Non-Profit of the Year – The Rural Health Institute (RHI)
- Young Professional of the Year – Ilya Shmulenson, Executive Director of Lime Hollow Nature Center.
- Kathy Cotterill Community Service Award – Jackie Burke
